1.Alyf: Specializing in building and selling second homes, helping customers invest in luxury and leisure
properties.
2. Stay Alyf: Focused on property management and maximizing rental revenue for homeowners through
short-term rental solutions and optimized occupancy strategies.
Key Responsibilities -
● Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
● Daily Client meetings
● Develop sales strategies
● Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and ethical standards
● Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
● Prepare and analyze sales reports and forecasts
Qualifications
● Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with a goal driven mindset
● Preference is top business school pass out
● Previous 5-6 years of experience in real estate or banking.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● In depth knowledge of the real estate market and trends
● Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and willing to travel
