Job Summary

The Branch Manager – Nandesari will be responsible for overseeing the overall functioning of the branch, ensuring seamless operations across logistics, supply chain, commercials, administration, and people management. The role involves strategic planning, effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring high operational efficiency aligned with company standards.

Key Responsibilities1. Logistics

  • Oversee end-to-end logistics operations including dispatch, transportation, and timely delivery of goods.
  • Ensure optimized route planning, vehicle availability, and adherence to safety and compliance norms.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners and vendors to maintain service quality and resolve operational issues.

2. Supply Chain Management

  • Manage the complete supply chain cycle including procurement, inventory control, and material movement.
  • Monitor stock levels, forecast requirements, and ensure uninterrupted workflow.
  • Implement strategies to reduce supply chain delays and improve cost efficiencies.

3. Commercials

  • Handle branch-level commercial activities including billing, invoicing, negotiation, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies related to pricing, credit control, and financial documentation.
  • Track branch expenses, prepare cost reports, and support budgeting activities.

4. Administration

  • Oversee all administrative functions such as facility management, statutory compliance, security, and housekeeping.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of branch operations with proper documentation and adherence to company SOPs.
  • Liaise with government authorities, auditors, and other external agencies as needed.

5. People Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff to achieve operational targets.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, identify training needs, and support skill development.
  • Ensure a positive and disciplined work environment while maintaining high levels of employee productivity.

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate / Post-graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields
  • 10-15+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
  • Experience in manufacturing / industrial / chemical industry preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
