Business Finance Manager

You will be instrumental in supporting strategic decision-making by providing comprehensive financial insights, overseeing budgeting processes, forecasting revenue, managing margins, and optimizing working capital. Your keen analytical skills and strategic mindset will contribute directly to enhancing operational efficiency and profitability while maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Your responsibilities will include managing revenue governance processes such as contracting, forecasting, and revenue recognition, alongside leading initiatives for cost reduction and improving supplier relations. You will also oversee month-end and quarter-end financial closures, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting in adherence to corporate standards.

In this capacity, you will cultivate strategic partnerships across various geographies, effectively communicating complex financial concepts to diverse audiences including senior leadership. Your ability to influence and guide decision-makers through financial insights and risk assessments will be critical for the successful execution of company initiatives and sustaining business growth.

• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional global teams to develop and implement financial strategies that align with company goals and enhance business operations.
• Drive financial planning and analysis to deliver measurable results in customer satisfaction, cost optimization, and supplier relationship management.
• Partner with senior leaders to integrate financial and business strategies, empowering decision-making and optimizing organizational outcomes.
• Jointly own and manage the financial planning and governance for assigned portfolios, ensuring accountability and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Manage revenue governance processes including contract management, accurate forecasting, and compliant revenue recognition.
• Initiate and support margin improvement strategies by identifying sustainable cost-reduction opportunities and executing cost take-out initiatives.
• Oversee working capital management focusing on reducing unbilled amounts, ensuring timely invoicing and collections, and enhancing debt aging and provision for doubtful debts.
• Develop and maintain management information systems (MIS) for tracking cost analytics, revenue leakage, and order book performance.
• Ensure the integrity of all month-end and quarter-end financial closing activities, adhering to timelines and accuracy standards.
• Exhibit strong analytical capabilities, problem-solving proficiency, and risk assessment to recommend effective financial solutions and corrective measures.
• Build and nurture robust finance partnerships across all organizational levels and functions.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, maintain consistent cadence with stakeholders, and showcase resilience in managing challenges.

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• Proven experience in finance leadership roles within multinational and cross-geographical team settings.
• Exceptional communication skills, adept at engaging and influencing diversified teams globally.
• A positive, can-do attitude complemented by a rapid learning ability to adapt within a changing business environment.
