Job Description: As a Sales Manager at the company, you will be responsible for developing a growth strategy that focuses on both financial gain and customer satisfaction. You will conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs, and arrange business meetings with prospective clients. Your role will also include promoting the company's products/services to address or predict clients' objectives, and preparing sales contracts while ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines. In addition, you will be expected to keep records of sales, revenue, and invoices, provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support, and build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Furthermore, you will play a key role in developing entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.
