Your main responsibilities will involve: - Proactively identifying potential clients in Commercial Housing Societies (CHS) and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) sectors for rooftop solar projects. - Independently generating and qualifying leads through various channels such as industry networks, cold calling, and industry events. - Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers to position SolarSquare as the preferred partner for solar energy solutions. Additionally, you will: - Tailor sales presentations and pitches to effectively showcase SolarSquare's offerings and address client needs. - Negotiate and finalize deals with clients, ensuring compliance with legal and corporate guidelines. - Conduct market research to identify trends, potential disruptions, and emerging opportunities in the renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate will have: - Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in renewable energy, infrastructure, or technology. - Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. - Prior knowledge of sales contracts and compliance with legal and corporate policies. - Client relationship management skills to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
