Assembly Technician Bengaluru 1 - 3 years INR 3.0 - 4.5 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Key Responsibilities: • Assemble and wire electronic subsystems as per drawings and wiring schedules. • Perform soldering (through-hole and SMD), crimping, and connectorization. • Assist in internal and external cable harnessing and routing. • Perform continuity, insulation, and functional tests using multimeters, LCR meters, and other instruments. • Follow ESD and IPC standards (such as IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620). • Read and interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and schematics. • Assist in environmental and functional testing of subsystems. • Maintain tools, calibration logs, and work area cleanliness. • Record work progress and report issues to supervisors or engineers. Required Skills: • Knowledge of electronic components and subsystem assembly. • Experience in soldering, wiring, and use of hand tools. • Ability to read and follow schematics and wiring diagrams. • Familiarity with test instruments (multimeter, oscilloscope, etc.). • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Exposure to MIL-grade connectors and aerospace/defense standards is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: • Certification in IPC-A-610 or IPC/WHMA-A-620 • Experience in aerospace, defense, or industrial electronics projects • Knowledge of HAL/DRDO/ISRO quality standards (if applicable)
