Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Bartender to join our team at Four Points by Sheraton, with 2-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain high customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails and mocktails.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and promote products.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Bartender or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of beverage preparation methods and ingredients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
