Role & responsibilities

Drink Preparation & Service

• Planning drink menus and informing customers about new beverages and specials.
• Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers.
• Maintaining drink quality and presentation consistency, adhering to established recipes and standards.

Customer Engagement:

• Checking identification to ensure customers are of the legal age to purchase alcohol.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.

Safety & Compliance:

• Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.
• Checking identification to ensure customers are of the legal age to purchase alcohol.

Bar Maintenance:

• Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure the bar and tables are well-stocked.
• Keep the bar area clean and hygienic.

Team Leadership:

• Assist in planning and executing special events, private parties, and promotions.
• Supervise and train junior bartenders, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.

• Eye for detail and understanding of drink-mixing tools and techniques.
