Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, guaranteeing that the restaurant operates within legal standards and creates a safe environment for both staff and guests. Qualifications Previous experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant or hospitality industry. At least 5-6 years of relevant experience Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to manage difficult situations gracefully. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-pressure environment. Knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktail pairings.
