Job Summary:

Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and quality at every level.
  
• Recruit, train, and manage front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
  
• Monitor and maintain food quality, customer service, and cleanliness standards.
  
• Create staff schedules and ensure proper staffing levels during peak hours.
  
• Manage inventory, place orders for food and supplies, and control costs.
  
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally to maintain guest satisfaction.
  
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  
• Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
  
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profit and loss analysis.
  
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure timely deliveries of products and supplies.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the food service industry.
  
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations and customer service best practices.
  
• Proficient in POS systems, inventory software and Microsoft Office.
  
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
  
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evening, weekends, and holidays.
  
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
