JOB DESCRIPTION Position Title Sales Executive Company Allied Blenders & Distillers Ltd Location Distillery, Rangapur, Pabbair Mandal, Wanaparthy District , Telangana JOB PURPOSE Candidate required for sale of distillery byproducts like DWGS, DDGS, Impure Spirit, Syrup etc, and to develop market for byproducts by meeting the related industry stakeholders of Poultry, Cattle Feed, Aqua based etc. Overall responsible for byproducts sale, monitor dispatch, developing new clients and taking feedback from the customers and coordinating with distillery team for effective Sales. ORGANISATIONAL CHART This position reports to Purchase Manager Distillery, Rangapur PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES AccountabilitiesMajor ActivitiesKey Performance Indicators Sales Responsible for sales of byproducts like DDGS, DWGS, Impure Spirit (IS), Syrup etc Achieving targeted monthly & annual sales Market Development Exploring new markets and developing new clients Onboarding new clients and following up for feedback Regular market visit and report New client onboarded per month Market visits done per month Distillery Unit Coordination Regular coordination with distillery unit head and quality team to ensure quality improvement in byproducts, to address customer issues To coordinate with Stores team to ensure smooth and intime dispatch of byproducts Customer feedbacks on quality issue and dispatch Conducting meeting To conduct regular meeting with client to know their concerns about byproducts To conduct regular meetings with internal stakeholders like Distillery unit, transporter, etc to resolve the issue No of issues resolved Compliance sustainability and integrity Ensure 100% Compliance of govt dept. like Excise and take necessary action to mitigate any non-compliance as identified. 100% compliances SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Educational Qualifications B. Com/B Sc Degree with MBA preferable Functional Skills Good knowledge of distillery byproducts DDGS, DWGS, Impure Spirit, Syrup etc Byproducts market/client knowledge and experience is must Distillery/Ethanol unit experience will be preferred Good communication skill Team player Relevant and total years of Experience Overall 3-5 years of experience in sales, esp in distillery/ethanol byproducts will be preferred. 1
