Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Bartender to join our team at JW Marriott, with 2-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails and mocktails.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and restocked.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Manage inventory of beverages and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing sales.
Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Bartender or similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of beverage preparation methods and ingredients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic math skills and attention to detail, with accuracy when handling cash transactions.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
