Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Bartender to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and a strong background in bartending, with excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails and mocktails.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and restocked.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on new products and promotions, making recommendations to customers.
Participate in inventory management, ordering supplies and managing stock levels.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Bartender or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
