Bartender

Job Summary:We are looking for an energetic and skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining bar inventory, ensuring excellent customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Key Responsibilities:Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as per standard recipes. Greet guests warmly and take beverage orders efficiently. Ensure bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times. Maintain proper hygiene and follow safety and sanitation guidelines. Handle cash and billing operations accurately. Suggest cocktails and promote signature drinks to guests. Monitor guest behavior and follow legal guidelines for alcohol service. Collaborate with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations. Requirements:Proven experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or hotel. Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
