Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Bartender to join our team at Destination Hotels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bartending and excellent customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and soft drinks.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and restocked as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in bartending, applying this knowledge to improve drink quality and presentation.
Participate in inventory management, ordering supplies and managing stock levels to minimize waste and optimize sales.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Bartender or similar role, with a minimum of 2 years in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of various beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and soft drinks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
