Job Description

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar counter and equipment.
Ensure proper stock management of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and bar supplies.
Interact with guests professionally and provide excellent customer service.
Handle cash and billing accurately.
Follow all safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Create signature cocktails and assist in menu development when required.
Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Maintain accurate inventory records and report shortages on time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
