Ensure high standards of hygiene, taste, presentation, and consistency in all food prepared. Plan and execute seasonal menus , daily specials, and festive dishes. Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, food costing, and staff supervision . Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards as per FSSAI guidelines. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations . Collaborate with management for menu innovation and guest satisfaction.
