Job Title: South Indian Chef Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and skilled South Indian Chef who can prepare authentic South Indian dishes with consistency and quality. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of traditional recipes, cooking techniques, and flavors of South Indian cuisine. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, sambhar, rasam, varieties of rice, chutneys, and curries. Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and hygiene standards are maintained. Innovate and introduce new recipes while keeping authenticity intact. Manage kitchen operations, including ingredient preparation, storage, and inventory. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in the kitchen. Work with the team to ensure timely food preparation and service. Requirements: Proven experience as a South Indian Chef or Cook. Expertise in authentic South Indian cooking methods and ingredients. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Good time management and organizational skills. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum 1–5 years of experience in South Indian cuisine. Ability to handle bulk cooking as well as à la carte. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
