Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a South Indian Chef, located in Gurugram. The South Indian Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide variety of South Indian dishes, maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation. Daily tasks include menu planning, inventory management, ensuring kitchen cleanliness and hygiene, and collaborating with other kitchen staff. The chef will create authentic and innovative South Indian cuisine while adhering to health and safety regulations. Qualifications Expertise in South Indian cuisine, including knowledge of traditional ingredients, techniques, and recipes Experience in menu planning and development Strong skills in kitchen management and inventory control Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen Excellent communication and teamwork skills Creative and innovative approach to cooking Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred Culinary degree or equivalent certification in culinary arts Show more Show less
