Role Overview You will be a full-time on-site South Indian Chef at Fortune Select Global in Gurugram. Your main responsibility will be to prepare and cook a wide variety of South Indian dishes while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation. You will handle tasks like menu planning, inventory management, ensuring kitchen cleanliness and hygiene, and collaborating with other kitchen staff. Your creativity in creating authentic and innovative South Indian cuisine while following health and safety regulations will be crucial.
