Prepare high-quality South Indian dishes such as Idli, Dosa, Vada, Uttapam, Pongal, Upma, etc. Maintain taste, quality, and hygiene standards. Manage breakfast operations and ensure timely food preparation. Handle dosa batter, chutney, sambhar preparation. Manage kitchen inventory and inform management of stock needs. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper food handling practices. Train junior staff and ensure smooth kitchen workflow.
