Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including inventory management of drinks, garnishes, and supplies
• Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, suggest drinks, and handle queries
• Ensure proper handling and storage of beverages and bar equipment
• Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with laws and company policies

Requirements

• Minimum 23 years of experience as a Bartender in premium bars or lounges
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and positive attitude
• Knowledge of bar hygiene, safety standards, and inventory management
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and during events
