- Conduct 150 – 200 outbound presales calls daily using CRM + dialer to generate qualified leads and schedule follow-ups.
- Qualify inbound and outbound prospects against defined eligibility criteria; capture accurate lead data in the CRM in real time.
- Communicate product benefits clearly in English, handle objections, and progress prospects through presales stages toward conversion or handover to sales.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly KPIs (calls, leads, conversions) and contribute to continuous improvement of scripts and call flows.
- Use dialer features (call dispositions, callbacks, local-time scheduling) to optimise outreach and minimise idle time.
- Collaborate with team leads and quality teams on feedback, call recordings, and coachable moments to improve conversion rates.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Excellent spoken and written English with clear diction and professional phone etiquette.
- Proven experience in outbound telecalling/presales or domestic BPO/EdTech telecalling with strong metrics orientation.
- Comfortable making 150 – 200 calls per day; experience with auto-dialers/predictive dialers and CRM systems.
- Up to 3 years of relevant experience (freshers with excellent communication and telecalling aptitude may be considered).
- On-site work capability in India and flexible to work in shifts as required by campaign schedules.
Preferred
- Prior exposure to customer acquisition or subscription-selling campaigns in media, EdTech, or BPO domestic processes.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Zoho, Freshsales, or similar CRMs and experience logging detailed call notes and dispositions.
