About The Role

We are seeking a

Team Leader (Outbound Sales)

with proven experience in handling a

team of 20+ outbound telesales executives

. The candidate should have strong exposure in industries like

EdTech, PropTech, or Media-Tech

and be skilled in managing performance-driven sales environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, train, and motivate a team of 20 outbound sales executives.
• Drive the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor calls, provide feedback, and ensure process adherence.
• Handle escalations and ensure high conversion rates.
• Track performance metrics and share MIS with management.
• Collaborate with senior management to improve sales strategies.
  

Requirements

Must-Have:

• Minimum 2–4 years of team-leading experience in outbound telesales.
• Proven track record of managing 20+ sales agents.
• Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and dialer systems.
• Mumbai-based candidates only (willing to work from Santacruz West office).
  

Preferred

• Experience in fast-paced outbound telesales.
• Ability to deliver results under pressure in a high-volume environment.
