Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Team Leader role based in Bhopal. The Team Leader will oversee daily operations, monitor team performance, and ensure KPIs are met while fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Responsibilities include managing team workflows, providing regular feedback to team members, addressing escalated issues, and coordinating with other departments to align with business goals. The role also involves strategizing for process improvements and maintaining high-quality service delivery.

• Operational planning, workflow management, and performance monitoring
• Conflict resolution, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Technical proficiency in relevant tools or software used for team and performance management
• Proven experience in customer service operations, preferably in a BPO or related industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
