Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Banquet Manager to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing events and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of banquets, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote events and increase attendance.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
  • Supervise and train staff members to provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Monitor event budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for working with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong attention to detail is required to ensure high-quality service and products.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels or restaurants, is preferred.
