Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Banquet Manager located in New Delhi. The Banquet Manager will oversee the planning and execution of banquets and events, ensuring seamless service and exceptional customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing food and beverage arrangements, coordinating with clients and staff, hiring and training personnel, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to deliver memorable experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Food & Beverage management experience
• Experience in Hiring and training staff
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site in New Delhi
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or banquet setting is preferred
