Banquet Manager

As a Banquet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of banquet operations, including planning, coordinating, and executing events such as weddings, corporate meetings, and parties. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their needs, managing staff during events, ensuring high standards of service and presentation, and coordinating with other departments such as catering and housekeeping. Additionally, you will handle budgeting, scheduling, and inventory management to ensure that all events run smoothly and efficiently while providing an exceptional experience for guests. Strong leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential for success in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and execute various events including weddings, corporate meetings, and parties - Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences - Manage staff during events to ensure smooth operations - Ensure high standards of service and presentation are maintained at all times - Coordinate with other departments such as catering and housekeeping to meet event needs - Handle budgeting, scheduling, and inventory management for efficient event execution - Provide exceptional guest experiences by overseeing all aspects of event operations Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 7 years of total work experience in banquet operations (Preferred) - Strong organizational and leadership skills - Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure situations - Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and inventory management Please Note: This job is full-time, permanent, and requires in-person work at Tinsukia, Assam.
