About the Role
We are looking for a Banquet Manager who not only understands event operations but also enjoys creating meaningful experiences for guests.This role is perfect for someone who can balance planning with people skills—someone who can guide a team with empathy, stay calm during busy moments, and ensure every event feels special and well-organized.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee complete banquet operations—from setup and service to event closure—ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Coordinate with clients to understand their expectations and deliver events that feel thoughtful, personal, and professionally managed.
Lead and support the banquet team through training, scheduling, and continuous feedback.
Work closely with kitchen, housekeeping, sales, and service teams to ensure seamless coordination.
Make sure all setups—seating, décor, buffet arrangements, stage and audio-visual—match the agreed standards and event theme.
Handle guest requests, last-minute changes, and concerns with patience and a positive attitude.
Monitor inventory of banquet supplies, linen, crockery, and equipment to avoid any service gaps.
Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and quality standards across all banquet areas.
Prepare event reports, assist with billing coordination, and support the achievement of revenue goals.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, event guidelines, and operational standards.

Skills & Qualities Required
Strong leadership and team-management skillsExcellent communication and guest-handling abilitiesGood understanding of banquet layouts, menu flow, and event coordinationAbility to multitask and stay composed under pressureKnowledge of inventory control and basic budgetingAttention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Experience Required:
At least 4–7 years in banquets, events, or hotel operations.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality / Hotel Management.
