Banquet Manager

• Key Responsibilities

• 🔸 Sales & Business Development

• Generate leads through market research, cold calling, visits, and networking.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets with a proactive approach.
• Build strong relationships with event planners, wedding coordinators, corporates, and agencies.
• Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations to convert inquiries into bookings.

• 🔸 Client Management

• Manage the complete booking lifecycle—from enquiry, proposal, and negotiation to event execution.
• Understand client needs and create customized event solutions within defined budgets.
• Ensure timely follow-ups, closures, and post-event feedback.

• 🔸 Planning & Coordination

• Work closely with F&B, housekeeping, security, and operations teams for seamless delivery.
• Prepare monthly sales & marketing action plans.
• Maintain accurate booking calendars, enquiry trackers, and conversion reports.

• 🔸 Operations Oversight

• Ensure banquet halls are event-ready with proper setup and maintenance.
• Supervise event-day operations, vendor coordination, and guest experience.
• Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly.

• Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in banquet sales or event management (hospitality/commercial experience preferred).
• Strong local market network and proven lead-generation capability.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven mindset with a history of achieving revenue goals.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and event-heavy schedules.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, Event Management, or related fields preferred.
