Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Club Manager - Food and Beverage at The Leela Palace New Delhi. The Club Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations, ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food safety and service. The role includes managing staff, coordinating with other departments, and handling customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in Restaurant Manager /Assistant Food & Beverage is a plus
• Strong leadership and team management skills, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations calmly
• Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is an advantage
