Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Bakery DCDP to join our team in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and a strong background in bakery operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily bakery operations, including dough preparation, baking, and decorating.
Supervise and train junior staff members to ensure high-quality products and excellent customer service.
Maintain inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment, ensuring minimal waste and optimal productivity.
Implement quality control measures to ensure consistency and accuracy in product presentation.
Collaborate with other departments, such as front-of-house and housekeeping, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop and implement new menu items, recipes, and techniques to enhance the bakery's offerings.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in bakery operations, preferably in a similar role or industry.
Strong knowledge of dough mixing, kneading, and baking techniques, as well as decorating and finishing methods.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is desirable.
A degree in hospitality or culinary arts is preferred, although not required.
