Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Bakery DCDP to join our team in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and a strong background in bakery operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise bakery staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
Coordinate with other departments to maintain high-quality food standards.
Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Bakery DCDP or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of bakery equipment and ingredients.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products.
