Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Bakery DCDP to join our team in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and a strong background in bakery operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise bakery staff for efficient service.
Maintain high-quality standards of food preparation and presentation.
Coordinate with other departments for seamless service delivery.
Implement effective inventory management systems.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Develop and implement new menu ideas to boost customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Bakery DCDP or similar role.
Strong knowledge of bakery equipment and ingredients.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
