Job Description

Role and Responsibilities Responding to customer inquiries through phone, email, or online chat. Assisting customers with product details, availability, and pricing. Handling after-sales support, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues or queries. Sales Coordination: Assisting the sales team by processing sales orders, tracking order status, and updating clients on delivery schedules. Maintaining and updating customer databases, including contact details and purchase history. Preparing quotations, invoices, and delivery notes. Documentation and Reporting: Managing documentation related to sales, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices. Generating daily, weekly, or monthly reports on sales performance, inventory status, and customer feedback. Ensuring all documents are properly archived for easy retrieval. Inventory and Order Management: Collaborating with the logistics team to ensure product availability and timely delivery. Updating the stock status and informing the sales team about low stock or restocking requirements. Managing returns and replacements efficiently. Skills Required: Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with customers, sales staff, and suppliers. Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage various tasks in a timely manner. Excellent record-keeping skills for managing sales orders and customer data. Customer Service: A polite and professional approach to customer inquiries and complaints. Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues and provide solutions. Basic Knowledge of uPVC Products (Preferred): Familiarity with UPVC & Aluminum windows, their features, and installation process is an advantage but not mandatory. Training can be provided. Software Proficiency: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM systems or sales/order management software (if applicable). Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in order processing, documentation, and reporting. Coordinating with the Sales and Marketing Team: Assisting with product promotions, marketing campaigns, and customer outreach activities. Ensuring smooth communication between the backend operations and the sales team. Coordinating with suppliers and vendors for material availability and order processing. Job Environment: The role is typically office-based with standard working hours, although flexibility may be required during peak sales seasons. Depending on the company’s structure, there may be opportunities for career growth into supervisory or managerial roles. Salary & Benefits: Compensation would typically include a fixed salary. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes and helping the sales team meet customer needs efficiently.
