Job Title: Sales cum Field Scouting Executive – Fenesta (uPVC & Aluminum Doors and Windows)Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh Department: Direct Sales / Business Development Reporting To: Area Sales Manager – Noida Region Job Purpose: To independently scout new residential, commercial, and construction sites in Noida, generate leads, and drive end-to-end sales conversion for Fenesta’s premium uPVC and Aluminum doors and windows. 🔍 1. Lead Scouting (Field Activity)Conduct regular site visits across Noida (individual houses, builder floors, residential societies, and commercial projects). Identify potential customers during various stages of construction (plinth, plaster, finishing, etc.). Collect accurate data of prospects including site address, owner/architect details, and construction status. 📞 2. Lead Engagement & Follow-upContact leads directly to explain product offerings. Schedule and conduct site visits to understand customer requirements. Build strong relationships with homeowners, builders, and architects to influence product selection. 💼 3. Sales Conversion Present and explain the benefits of Fenesta’s uPVC and Aluminum window systems. Prepare and share quotations, assist in design consultation, and handle pricing discussions. Close the sale and coordinate for site measurement, order booking, and installation. 🗂️ 4. Reporting & Coordination Maintain daily records of scouting activity, lead progress, and conversions in CRM or Excel. Submit weekly performance reports and pipeline updates to the Area Sales Manager. Coordinate internally with the design and execution teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. 📢 5. Local Market Intelligence Monitor competitor activity and pricing in Noida and neighboring markets. Identify trends and share feedback for sales strategy refinement. Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate (any stream) Experience: 1–4 years in direct field sales; construction/building materials experience preferred Skills Required: Strong fieldwork and selling skills Good communication (Hindi/English) Target-driven and self-motivated Negotiation and customer relationship skills Other Requirements: Familiar with Noida’s geography and construction sites Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone Willingness to travel locally on a daily basis Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Number of new sites scouted weekly Number of leads converted into confirmed orders Revenue generated per month/quarter Customer satisfaction & follow-up management Reporting accuracy and discipline
