Job Title: B2B Sales Executive – Office Furniture Company: Godrej Interio (Authorized Channel Partner) Location: Noida & Greater Noida Industry: Office Furniture / Interior Solutions Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and driven B2B Sales Executive to promote and sell Godrej Interio Office Furniture solutions to a diverse range of clients including private companies, schools, universities, hospitals, and government offices in the Noida and Greater Noida region. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background in B2B markets and an understanding of institutional buying behavior. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential B2B clients in the region including corporates, educational institutions, hospitals, and government establishments. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers like procurement heads, facility managers, and architects. Conduct client meetings, understand space planning needs, and recommend appropriate Godrej Interio furniture solutions. Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and product presentations. Negotiate and close deals in line with company policies. Coordinate with internal teams for timely order processing, delivery, and after-sales service. Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive sales strategy. Ensure monthly and quarterly sales targets are met. Required Qualifications & Skills: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing preferred). 1+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in office furniture, interiors, or institutional sales. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong client relationship and account management skills. Familiarity with the Noida & Greater Noida market is essential.
