A Backend Developer job involves designing/building server-side logic, databases, APIs, and infrastructure for applications, ensuring security, scalability, and performance, collaborating with front-end teams, and requiring skills in languages like Java/Python/Node.js, databases (SQL/NoSQL), APIs, and cloud tech, typically needing a degree in CS/related fields. Key duties include coding, testing, debugging, integrating third-party services, managing data, and optimizing systems, requiring a strong grasp of programming fundamentals and problem-solving.

Educational Qualifications:

·        Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

·        Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming (OOP). 

Required Skills & Experience:

·        Proficiency in one or more backend languages (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js, C#, Go).

·        Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices.

·        Familiarity with database systems (SQL: PostgreSQL, MySQL; NoSQL: MongoDB, Redis).

·        Knowledge of server technologies (Apache, Nginx) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

·        Understanding of development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).

·        Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. 

Nice-to-Haves (Plus):

·        Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

·        Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices.
