Role : Operation Manager Work Location : Mumbai (WFO) Notice Period : Immediate Experience : 6 to 10 Years Key Responsibilities: - Act as a communication bridge between Project Team, CMS teams, and client administrative units - Coordinate and monitor the daily field operations of Mobile Forensic Vans - Oversee deployment logistics including van movement, staff attendance, and field task planning - Ensure timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports - Track inventory of forensic tools, tablets, SIM cards, and consumables - Manage breakdown or incident reporting and coordinate immediate resolutions - Supervise adherence to safety and data security protocols during field activities - Liaise with backend teams for resolving operational escalations - Ensure compliance with project timelines and performance benchmarks Qualifications & Experience: - Graduate in any discipline (Science/Management preferred) - Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in field operations or project coordination - Strong skills in coordination, reporting, and stakeholder communication - Proficient in MS Office tools, report formats, and digital documentation If interested, please share your updated resume on sujata_nanhur@cms.co.in
