Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2B Sales Manager located in Noida. The B2B Sales Manager will oversee the sales cycle, build strong client relationships, and develop strategies to grow the company’s market presence. Daily responsibilities include researching potential leads, pitching tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company objectives will also be essential.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Build, train, and manage a team of sales executives; monitor performance against KPIs.
  • Funnel Management: Develop and optimize the entire sales funnel – from lead generation to closure.
  • Marketing Oversight: Plan & execute integrated online/offline campaigns to drive leads.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with students, colleges, and SMEs; lead high-value negotiations.
  • Strategy & Reporting: Create monthly/quarterly revenue forecasts, prepare sales performance reports, and suggest improvements.
  • Brand Building: Coordinate with product/marketing teams to position VOLKAI HR effectively in the market.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product & customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.



Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in SaaS/Tech product sales (HRTech/EdTech preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, B2B lead generation, and funnel management.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze trends and take strategic decisions.
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Sales preferred (not mandatory).
  • Sales expertise in B2B environments, including lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management
  • Skills in Negotiation, Business Development, and Market Research
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics
  • Strategic thinking and goal-oriented approach to sales targets
  • Experience in the AI or technology sector is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
