Work mode: Hybrid with 60% office based and 40% field activities, where you will actively participate in lead generation, client meetings, sales/ leads conversions, Visiting business park for new leads/connections, and relationship building.


Key Responsibilities:

·        Drive lead generation through outbound calls, email outreach, networking events, and referrals.

·        Identify, generate, and qualify leads via direct outreach, digital platforms, and strategic networking initiatives.

·        Schedule and participate in client meetings alongside senior leadership to advance sales opportunities.

·        Assist in delivering product presentations and sales pitches to corporate clients across sectors.

·        Conduct in-depth product demonstrations, manage client negotiations, and close high-value deals.

·        Develop and implement targeted sales strategies across Delhi, Mumbai, and Pan-India markets.

·        Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to align lead generation and product positioning efforts.

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CEOs, MDs, VPs, Sales Heads, and HR leaders, positioning the company as a trusted advisor.

·        Monitor industry trends, gather competitive intelligence, and incorporate customer feedback into sales strategy.

·        Manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients across metro cities including Delhi and Mumbai.

·        Coordinate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns and ensure alignment with sales goals.

·        Conduct market research and assist in competitive analysis to inform go-to-market strategies.


Requirements:

·        MBA/BBA.

·        2–5 years of proven B2B sales experience.

·        Strong understanding of the enterprise sales cycle.

·        Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
