We are seeking a meticulous and dynamic Production Manager to oversee and streamline our production processes, ensuring that each piece reflects our commitment to craftsmanship, quality, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of luxury fashion production, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for preserving artisanal techniques while embracing modern efficiencies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Production Planning and Execution Develop and implement comprehensive production schedules in collaboration with design and merchandising teams. Coordinate the procurement and inventory of raw materials, ensuring alignment with production timelines. Oversee daily production activities to meet output targets without compromising on quality. 2. Quality Control Establish and uphold stringent quality benchmarks across all stages of production. Supervise in-line and final product inspections to ensure adherence to brand standards. Address and rectify any quality-related issues promptly to maintain product excellence. 3. Supply Chain Management Manage relationships with suppliers and artisans to ensure timely procurement of high-quality materials. Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate a seamless production workflow. Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to material shortages or delivery delays. 4. Cost Management Monitor production costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality. Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Work closely with the finance team to track expenditures and manage budgetary constraints. 5. Team Management Lead and motivate the production team by setting clear goals and expectations. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. 6. Process Improvement Analyze production workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective measures. Introduce innovative practices to enhance product quality and reduce waste. Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate best practices into production processes. 7. Reporting and Analysis Track key production metrics and prepare detailed performance reports for senior management. Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Utilize data analytics to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Production, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in production management within the high-end fashion industry. In-depth knowledge of luxury apparel manufacturing processes and quality standards. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office, production planning tools, and ERP systems. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
