Job Role – Assistant Store Manager Key Responsibilities : Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and team performance. Drive sales by delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high service standards. Lead the floor team in client interaction, styling suggestions, and upselling. Ensure timely stock audits, inventory control, and merchandise replenishment. Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines. Manage back-end coordination including order follow-ups, client appointments, and event support. Train and support new team members and act as a liaison between the staff and senior management. Handle client grievances and ensure smooth post-sale service. Candidate Requirements: Graduate with 2–4 years of experience in fashion retail, preferably in a luxury or designer label. Strong interpersonal, leadership, and team management skills. Good knowledge of fashion, fabrics, and styling. Tech-savvy with experience in POS systems, MS Office, and inventory software. Fluent in English and Hindi; knowledge of Telugu is an added advantage. Strong sense of brand representation and client etiquette.
