Job Title: Fashion Consultant Location: Jio World Convention Centre, Mumbai Department: Retail Reports to: Store Manager Brand: Anamika Khanna Job Purpose: To provide personalized styling and client advisory services that reflect the luxury and design ethos of Anamika Khanna, ensuring an exceptional client experience and driving store sales. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome all clients with warmth and professionalism, embodying the spirit of the Anamika Khanna brand. Understand individual client preferences and offer tailored styling advice to enhance their personal style. Maintain expert knowledge of the brand’s collections, craftsmanship, fabric details, and inspirations. Support the Store Manager in achieving monthly sales targets through effective clienteling and upselling techniques. Build and nurture long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up and after-sales service. Ensure visual merchandising standards are upheld and product presentation reflects brand guidelines. Assist in stock management, inventory checks, and replenishment as needed. Manage client appointments, special requests, and provide VIP services with discretion and sophistication. Represent the brand at exclusive store events and trunk shows when required. Key Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in luxury fashion retail or styling. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude. Strong fashion sense and understanding of Indian couture and luxury trends. Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Fluency in English; Hindi and/or other regional languages is a plus. Well-groomed, confident, and passionate about fashion. Preferred Qualifications: Degree or diploma in Fashion, Retail, or a related field. Prior experience working with luxury or designer labels.
