Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES & DAILY HR OPERATIONS INCLUDES:

  • Post Recruitment Activities

    : New employee Joining formalities, on-boarding and Induction.
  • Letters Generation

    : Issuing LOIs, Appointment letters, Extension letters, Relieving letters etc.,
  • Database Maintenance

    : Maintain and update timely and accurate data in HRIS. Ensure accurate and complete employee records are always maintained
  • Documents

    Audit

    : Audit employee documents, files, and all relevant database related information on regular basis.
  • BGV

    : Conduct Background verification for all the new joiners
  • Grievance Handling

    : Address employee queries regarding salary, statutory, Company policies, and employee leave benefits.
  • Policy Creation

    : To Support in generating HR policies and procedures.
  • PMS:

    Prepare the JDs and KRAs according to the HR Policy
  • Attrition Analysis

    : Responsible for attrition and absenteeism of site employees.
  • Statutory

    : Supporting team - PF & ESI registrations, PT, LWF, Half yearly returns, Bonus etc as per the factory act.
  • Payroll Support:

    Ensure smooth and timely support with data for processing payroll.
  • Registers

    : Prepare the statutory wage registers as per the states
  • T&D

    : Conduct, provide support during training programs to ensure their effectiveness
  • MIS

    : Prepare necessary reports daily basis or monthly.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Graduation with post graduate management degree/diploma in HR preferred
  • Minimum 7 years experience in HR function with maximum years of exposure as a HR Generalist
  • Experience - in HRMS (ZINGHR or any other applications)
  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under specific timelines/ deadlines
  • Ability to self-start, find solutions and deliver results within strict deadlines
  • Ability to Extreme attention to detail and ability to produce zero-defect work
  • Strong relationship management skills, organizational skills, coordination skills and ability to work cross-functionally and cross-organizationally
  • handle fast-paced, high-pressured environment
  • Good Presence of mind in handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Immediate Joiner will be preferred first.
