Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and assist with salary processing.
  • Handle HR documentation such as appointment letters, confirmations, and exit formalities.
  • Assist in statutory compliances including

    EPF, ESIC, LWF

  • Address employee queries related to HR policies and payroll.
  • Manage office administration, vendors, and daily administrative activities.
  • Maintain office assets, inventory, and records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate / MBA (HR) preferred
