Assistant Manager – Finance (CMA)

Role Overview:

We’re looking for an

Assistant Manager – Finance

to support financial planning, analysis, and control across business functions. The role requires strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
Prepare monthly MIS reports, variance analysis, and business performance dashboards.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
Costing & Margin Analysis:
Conduct detailed product costing and margin analysis for SKUs.
Monitor input cost trends and support pricing decisions.
Inventory & Supply Chain Finance:
Oversee inventory valuation and reconciliation.
Work closely with supply chain and procurement to optimize working capital.
Compliance & Audit:
Ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
Support statutory, internal, and cost audits.
Process Improvement:
Identify gaps in financial processes and recommend improvements for accuracy and speed.
Implement financial controls and automation tools wherever feasible.

Requirements:

Experience: 1-2 years in FP&A / Costing / Business Finance (preferably in FMCG, D2C, or Manufacturing)
Skills:
Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
Hands-on experience with ERP systems: Tally
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
