NPI Tracking: Oversee the tracking of New Product Introductions (NPIs) within the Modern Trade channel. PO Sharing & Coordination: Collaborate with CFAs, ASMs, and RKAMs to ensure accurate and timely sharing of POs. Appointment & Non-Appointment PO Process: Handle PO execution for both appointment-based and non-appointment accounts, ensuring compliance with customer requirements. Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal teams and external partners to optimize Modern Trade operations and resolve any bottlenecks. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Modern Trade operations, preferably in FMCG or Retail. Strong understanding of PO processes, tracking mechanisms, and key performance metrics. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and reporting tools. Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
