Who You Are:

Applicants must have a minimum of 12+ years comprehensive experience managing all phases of production processes for electronic products designed for high-reliability applications. Proven expertise in launching innovative process technologies aligned with evolving global market trends is required.

Candidates should demonstrate exceptional leadership and communication skills, strong analytical thinking, and adaptability in dynamic environments. Additional qualifications include a robust track record in project management, commitment to quality assurance and regulatory compliance, and a dedication to fostering continuous improvement within manufacturing operations.

Educational Background：

• B.E (E&C/EEE/Mechanical)
• Master’s degree in Electronics / MBA will be an added advantage.

What You'll Do (Job Role)

• Lead the development and implementation of robust processes for high-reliability electronics systems tailored for Defence and Space applications, ensuring compliance with stringent industry and customer standards.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including process flow diagrams, work instructions, and quality control plans specific to mission-critical Defence and Space projects.
• Define a technology / process roadmap for production and implementation of the same.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Design, R&D, Quality, and Production—to introduce new processes and technologies that meet reliability, traceability, and performance requirements for aerospace, defence and space environments.
• Oversee qualification and validation activities for new products and processes, coordinating with external agencies and clients as needed to ensure adherence to Defence and Space regulatory standards.
• Drive continual improvement initiatives focused on process optimization, yield enhancement, and reduction of non-conformities, utilizing tools such as Six Sigma, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Monitor process parameters and critical control points, conducting regular audits and data analysis to ensure consistent delivery of high-reliability products for satellite, missile, radar, and electronic warfare systems.
• Identify and lead cost reduction, productivity, and sustainability projects while maintaining uncompromised product quality and reliability for Defence and Space applications.
• Support customer and regulatory audits by preparing detailed process records, traceability documentation, and evidence of compliance with Defence and Space quality standards (such as AS9100, MIL-STD, Space standards).
• Provide technical guidance and training to production teams regarding best practices for assembling and testing high-reliability electronics for mission-critical Defence and Space programs.
• Interface with clients and government agencies to clarify requirements, resolve technical queries, and ensure successful delivery of electronics systems aligned to project specifications and deadlines.
