    supporting Indian Market(Domestic Recruitment) specialized in supporting Non- IT hiring supporting hiring for

    pharma roles

  • Experience in hiring for roles across Sales, Marketing, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial, HR and Pharma relevant supporting pharma clients.

Responsibilities:

Working in the role you will be required to:

  • Attract top recruiting talent for specific career opportunities in the market, using numerous sourcing channels and methodologies.
  • Execute headhunting, direct talent sourcing and networking strategies.
  • Approach and screen candidates.
  • Create talent pools as well as pipelining.
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity of internal ATS systems regarding Candidates data.
  • Work closely with the Internal Recruiter on a daily basis and support him/her in order to meet all KPI’s and SLA’s
  • Suggest process improvements concerning all aspects of the recruitment – we are always looking for ideas how to be better!


Skills & Experience:

To be successful in this position you will have:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal + written - English) is non-negotiable.
  • A

    Bachelor's

    degree is a must in any field.
  • Previous recruitment experience and knowledge of sourcing best practices
  • Strong sourcing background with experience of using multiple sourcing channels.
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Skills in reporting and working on different recruitment systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast – paced environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude with a working

    knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, MS-Teams, etc.) and ATS tools.
